John Torkelson advises and represent clients in commercial disputes involving emerging technologies, engineering and construction defects, patents, insurance and surety coverage, product liability and trade secrets. John has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and has served on the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Construction Neutrals. He is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to law school, John worked as a registered, professional structural engineer in both Virginia and Minnesota.
